I don’t just want to write a review for the expertise of the technician, Mr. Tim Barger, but also for the integrity . What other companies tried to upsell entire AC and inbuilt dehumidifier, Tim could fix with a mere setting . He confirmed no leaks and I was shocked at the integrity as it was opposite of what CoolToday gave us. I am impressed . Prompt, knowledgeable, and patient with all my questions. Shoutout to Sherri on scheduling too — got a tech out to us same-day, no hassle, always a pleasure to talk to.
